Search by batch #919

This commit adds some JS that handles switching the search field via that dropdown. There is now a batch option that allows you to search via batch.

This is tested in the batch feature spec.

batch_tesim is also removed from the All Fields search.

Coverage increased (+0.07%) to 89.763% when pulling 96fbfc3d12b473985d1df479b56168a5317cdcbf on search/by-batch into 5521d0773abffef7581d89505b8606e357322dbe on master.

@little9 sorry we didn't merge this last week. @no-reply and I talked and we think there might be a simpler solution just pulling in the original blacklight search partial instead of trying to add behavior to the one Hyrax provides. I'm going to spend an hour or two on it this morning and see if I can work up anything to have you look at with me.
