Cut-over to Pingdom availability reporting #1844

Pingdom reports schedule set to weekly, configured for distribution to Bess, Mark, Rosalyn, and Fran. Will de-commission nagios reports once first pingdom report is received (it appears that pingdom weekly reports are sent on Mondays.)

Cutover completed, folks should now be getting the weekly report emailed directly from pingdom and can review more details at any time using the link http://stats.pingdom.com/olt9qui7iqrf/4537872
