Provide migration tools for Fedora 3 --> Hyrax

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Connect to Fedora 3 and get FOXML object
• [x] Base 64 decode, rename, and attach the binary attachments
• [x] Map metadata according to metadata spreadsheet -- See the "Pulled from legacy sample data" column at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12EITagvnK3V8-6AJj7EWoPp4GrnY11HAtxmxrzgkL48/edit#gid=0
• [x] Ask Bess for Fedora 3 connection script

When there is an embargo associated with legacy content:

• [x] The migrated work has the same level of embargo (files, files+toc, files+toc+abstract)

• [x] The embargo on the migrated work ends on the same date

• [ ] Actually run the migration in production

From Fran: Attached is a workbook with spreadsheets of the pids I identified for the sample migration. I also include two spreadsheets for records that we DO NOT want to migrate right now :-)

The workbook includes spreadsheets for: 1) Important: Pids that were identified as popular views in Google Analytics: 20 2) Common Sample from each school. Laney: 5 Rollins: 5 Candler: 5 Honors: 5 3) Unique: Currently in “Approved” status: 17 4) Unique: Dual Degree student Pids: 17 5) Unique: Pids with large complex files: 10 6) Inactive: DO NOT MIGRATE/Currently in “Inactive” status: “Inactive” three reasons: 1) They are Emargoed Indefinitely and we can migrate them when we have developed the “Hide” functionality in New ETDs; 2) They were test records that we don't want in the New ETDs; 3) Student did not graduate and will re-submit using the new ETDs. 7) DO NOT MIGRATE/Embargo Expiring: These pids have embargoes expiring between now and 2.28.2018. We should not migrate until we have embargoing capability in new ETDs.
