feature testing editing all metadata and adding and deleting a file #210

This commit confirms administrators can edit all of an Etd's metadata, and add and remove files from Etds, and that these changes will successfully be persisted. Fixes all but one criteria of #47 (remaining item, admin can add same file, needs to be discussed and maybe broken into separate ticket).
