mapper can handle multi-value fields from export #259

this commit ensures that the importer and mapper can ingest multi-value fields that occur in the format name1, name2, and corrects the bepress exported field name 'license' to 'distribution_license'.

Closes #256.

We have asked but have't heard back yet. I'm fine with either scenario... the pattern might need to be adjusted but the returned data and tests would look the same, I think.
