Coverage increased (+0.05%) to 98.212% when pulling 9f41496cad2fb4c02c5cd7ba169bed62d2024376 on embargo-date into ca51357872ac1169c6b80bdafeccfbad41402b56 on master.

@no-reply I wrote a simple importer test that checks the etd for an embargo, given a csv with an embargo_date, and the test is failing. But I wanted to push up what's here now.
