Display DOI/identifier as an unlinked field #294

The DOI (#identifier) previously displayed as a link to a facet. In general, this is not a good approach. We disable the identifier link in the attribute_rows partial.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 98.172% when pulling 3a0632b35da9d7ed65ec4eadb20c52e883ac3931 on doi-nolink into 0d28c63ed19f9a2b1f268a85aa8aca1863d49d36 on master.
