Add Date (label) term to ETDs #53

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

[x] When I look at the label for the field it should read "Date Label"
[x] Attribute name is documented in the spreadsheet
[x] Predicate should be http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/verbatimEventDate
[x] I have a way to add a date to the ETDs
[x] I should be able to add more than one Date Label
[x] The data type is a string
[x] I should see the Date Label on the single item view
[x] Date Label should display in search
