BUG: T-DIL does not honor soft-deletes

BUG If I soft delete an image - i.e. purge it in MIRA, the image still appears in search and show views in T-DIL

Steps to recreate:

• Log in to T-DIL
• View a collection
• Click an image to go to the image show view
• Go back to the collection member view
• Purge the object in MIRA (or set its state to "D" in the T-DIL console and save)
• Refresh the collection view
  • ACTUAL: The image appears in the collection member view
  • DESIRED: A placeholder appears as in #99 and #100
• Attempt to view the show view for the image (click on it in the member list, or directly enter the URL)
  • ACTUAL: T-DIL displays the image show view for the purged object
  • DESIRED: T-DIL redirects to the homepage

ACCEPTANCE

• [ ] When I display any containing collection, it shows the members with a placeholder item where the non-displaying object should be.
• [ ] The system gives me an option to remove the missing item from the member list.
• [ ] The deleted image should not appear in T-DIL search results.
• [ ] T-DIL should redirect me to the homepage if I try to directly access the image via URL
