Left column whitespace is large #140

Steps to reproduce:

Log in as an admin user Press search with a blank search box to return all items The left column looks normal, but if you grab the scrollbar and scroll up and down, there is a lot of whitespace above and below the facets and collections list

In the previous setup where only the collection pane scrolled in relation to the page, If you wanted to be able to see your image and your collection at the same time, you actually needed that whitespace to scroll a collection at the top of the list far enough down to drag an image at the bottom of the search results onto it.

The new layout from 1a9e07e541a0f19cdedfeca52231eb5f7263d57c fixes this by letting both collection and search results scroll independently.
