Add createdBy term to collections in Fedora #153

When I create a collection in TDIL the fedora object should include this term:

<createdBy>tdil</createdBy>

This is analogous to <createdBy>selfdep</createdBy> on self-deposited items in the dca_admin datastream in MIRA
