featured pids not showing up on tdil.curationexperts.com #162

Not sure if this is configuration or code-related, but we have PIDs in all sections of the /opt/tdil/current/config/feature_data.yml file and nothing is showing up.

Fixed this by clearing the cache at /opt/tdil/current/tmp/cache. This is linked to /opt/tdil/shared/tmp/cache so it probably isn't being cleared on redeploy.
