Fix template-based batch import on MIRA #167

Steps to reproduce:

make a template that doesn't specify a title
use that template in a template-based batch import

issue: the upload form is not displayed

This may just be that errors aren't showing up. This was the problem with issue #124 (fixed by curationexperts/mira@fb08a17d9c86edbb80c37e19719c58e9468cf660).
