Change the copyright notice on Powerpoint and PDF exports to the following text:

This material is for teaching purposes or your personal research use. Any other uses require you to determine the copyright status of the material you are using. Learn more about copyright, fair use, and open access at http://sites.tufts.edu/scholarlycommunication/

That link can be plain text so we can continue to use a basic javascript confirm popup.
