Homepage should fail gracefully if featured PIDs do not exist #172

If a featured PID is deleted for some reason, or there's a typo in the feature_data.yml file, the system currently produces an error page for the homepage with an error like Unable to find 'tufts.uc:5' in fedora

ACCEPTANCE

[x] If feature_data.yml contains invalid pids, the system should ignore the invalid pids

If a PID in the feature_data.yml is malformed, or the object referred to gets deleted, currently the site goes down and the error message is a bit opaque. Make this not crash, in whatever way is easy.
