PDF export has extra bullet points in it #201

Collections exported to PDF show bullet points when a paragraph is empty. For an example, export http://tdil.curationexperts.com/course_collections/tufts.uc:117 to PDF. Powerpoint exports do not have this issue.

Office Suites were inconsistently interpreting carriage returns as bullets. In addition, the LibreOffice PDF converter was interpreting the empty paragraph placeholder as a bulleted item for display.
