Personal Collections: filter from search results

• [x] when I search for a personal collection by name, it is not returned in search results
• [x] when I search for other terms (name, date) that match personal collections, the matching personal collections are not returned in search results

NOTE: this probably just means a filter query on the catalog controller that excludes any personal collection objects
