BUG: non-admin users get delete icon on course collection items #61

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a course collection with one or more items
  2. Log in as a non-admin user
  3. View the course collection
    • Individual items shouldn't display a delete option
  4. Click on the the delete icon on any item
    • You get the correct access denied error, but a user shouldn't be able to get here
