Item View: provide means to add item to a curated collection #64

On the single image view page, there should be a way to add the image to existing curated collections. Providing '[+] Add to course collection' and '[+] Add to personal collection' links immediately above or below the respective lists would work find.

@mark-dce please provide a sketchup for this UI. It seems awkward to me.

How about an "Add to Collection" button at the bottom of the page that looks and works something like this??? There can either be one button per collection type - Admins see "Add to Course Collection" and "Add to My Collection" - users only see "Add to My Collection" - or the distinction can be made in the selection list by grouping like in case.
