Collections: reordering not appearing in collection pane

Given a collection structure like

• Collection 1 -- Subcollection A -- Subcolleciton B

If I view Collection 1 and change the order of Subcollection A to follow Subcollection B, the new order is not reflected on the collection panel when I return to search view.

• [ ] sub collection order should update in the collection panels when I reorder sub collections within the collection view page
