BUG
When a non-admin user copies a course collection that has nested sub-collections, the nested sub-collections are copied into the user's personal collection as links to the course collection. (We decided against allowing normal users to add course collection to personal collections because of the various behavior differences.)
Steps to recreate:
Login as an admin user
Create two new course collections
Add one or more items to each collection (not strictly necessary, but we should check this works in the fix)
Nest one of the new collections under the other
Log out
Log in as a regular user (non-admin)
Select the new top level course collection just created
Choose the copy option from the collection show page
View the newly created personal collection
ACTUAL RESULTS: the collection contains a course collection as asub-collection
DESIRED RESULTS: the collection contains a personal copy of the sub-collection
ACCEPTANCE
PREFERRED
[ ] course sub-collections are recursively copied to personal sub-collections when the parent collection is copied
DISAPPOINTING BUT ACCEPTABLE
[ ] course sub-collections are omitted from the copy when parent collections are copied
