BUG: deleted items raise errors in containing collections #99

BUG If I delete a sub-collection in T-DIL, the parent collection isn't necessarily updated; as a result the system throws an error when you try to display the parent collection.

NOTE: also read #100 for related issue when changing displays settings on an item

Steps to reproduce

Log in
Create two new personal collections
Nest one of the collections under the other
View the child collection
Delete the child collection
Display the parent collection
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR: ActiveFedora::ObjectNotFoundError
DESIRED BEHAVIOR: graceful display of unexpected state

ACCEPTANCE

[ ] When I display the parent collection, it shows the members with a placeholder item where the missing object used to be.
[ ] The system gives me an option to remove the missing item from the member list.

Why should it give you an option of removing it? Why not just remove it? That would be much easier.
