Thanks, @vincenzodomina !
For the symptoms, medications, and biomarkers, I already went to the trouble of adding
in the individual linked README's for each data category.
Is there some benefit to cluttering up the main README table of contents with lots of acronyms linked to the main homepages without explaining the acronym meanings?
Why are we deleting all my links to data schema types?
Thanks @mikepsinn
agree on the contents, wasn't really finished, will add explanations. Just wanted to save this progress before other forks make problems.
Regarding the schema links, why is that related to the references here? My understanding is that they will be used in the plugins to be converted to our schema?
Thanks, @vincenzodomina ! I previously documented everything in the main README, but it was getting very cluttered, so I moved the stuff, so the README would be a table of contents with links. If you'd rather move everything back to the README, that's fine, but it seems like we shouldn't really have the info scattered around.
Regarding the schema, you can move that info somewhere else and link to it. But it needs to be documented somewhere, and it's more discoverable if we at least have a link here.
