Talkback 3.6 cuts off dictation with continuous announcements of connection to wireless networks every few minutes #430

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any text edit field and press the microphone to dictate.
2. Begin dictating.
3. Talkback announces: "Connected to [insert name of saved wireless network 
here]."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Talkback 3.6 official release, on Android 5.02 Lollypop

Please provide any additional information below.
This continuous announcement also occurs when not dictating as well. The 
announcement of: "Connected to wireless network [insert name of saved network 
here}" happens every few minutes whether dictating or not.
