Is this fork orphaned? #18

It seem like this is not up to date with the Accord-Framework main version (3.7 now) and I'm wondering if it's orphaned.

You are right, it has been quite a while since I tried to stay up-to-date with the main repository. With .NET Standard, compatibility has become substantially less of an issue, and you should be able to use most of the main repository libraries as-is in your applications.
