Get ToolBox-Coordinates #139

I just have a suggestion for OpenStreetMapViewItemizedOverlayWithFocus.

It's now possible to show a description text in a toolbox.

It would be nice to have coordinates of this toolbox.

So it would possible to make this toolbox clickable.

I did for me and use it already in my application. If you are interested in, I 
would send you my codesnipplet.

Or if it's only a change to one file, then you could just attach the new 
version.

But actually it's very easy to create a patch - if you have TortoiseSVN then 
just right-click on the root folder and select "Create patch" from the context 
menu.  If you use something else instead of TortoiseSVN then it should be 
equally simple.

Ok. There are two patches.

The first is for itemized overlay with focus

Another one is for sample, using that overlay.

Hope, they will be usefull.
