Update laravel and packages

This is an update to Laravel 10 and clean-up.

TODO's

I will get to this another time:

• [ ] Test everything manually
• [ ] Back-up old database
• [ ] Perform local test update
• [ ] Check if the server has PHP 8.1+
• [ ] Find a time to roll-out the update
• [ ] Fix edictis import (do we use this @bartjroos?)

Nice to haves:

• [ ] Write some automated tests

Unrelated to this PR, but related to the sdclient package:

• [ ] Update all our projects that depend on amoclient to sdclient (like done here: https://github.com/curio-team/narrowblast/pull/14) - so they're on the curio packagist

Note on update process

I simply created a new Laravel project and copied over only relevant code bit by bit. After cleaning everything up, testing it and fixing any problems I could find, I made this a branch so I we could see any mistakes in the file comparison.
