Basic Transaction support #43

I've added basic transaction support, roughly following the Java client implementation. There's support for:

Get, Delete, Put, GetForUpdate
Iterator
Committing, preparing, rolling back, and using savepoints
Setting transaction and transaction DB options
Basic transaction settings (SetName, GetName)

Changes:

RocksDb class was unsealed to be able to extend it with the TransactionDb class

Notes:

Due to testing with an old native I was unable to test the Prepare and SetName methods, as there was no entry points
This has not been tested in a production environment yet

This should hopefully resolve #1
