[I7-1956] [Mantis 1992] Story Pane doesn't display anything #128

Description :

Games compile fine, but the story pane is completely blank.

Steps to reproduce :

"Untitled" by David Scott

Example Location is a room.

Additional information :

This was previously reported as bug 0001953, and then erroneously marked as solved, even though it isn't solved. The comments on that thread also address this - the bug still exists, rendering the entire development environment useless.

I second this report and its almost a show stopper.
As a temporary workaround I'll go get the app store version but this version needs to work.

Ok - just realized the Mac App store version of the IDE has resolved the issue, but the version available from the Inform website has not. The website version should be deprecated or updated.
