[I7-2054] [Mantis 2091] Compilers are 32-bit #30

Description :

The ni, intest, inform6, and cBlorb executables bundled with the current macOS release of Inform are 32-bit executables. Apple has indicated that macOS 10.14 "Mojave" will be the last release to support 32-bit apps.

(This does not require action right now, but it would be nice to have a 64-bit version available by the time macOS 10.15 comes around.)
