It appears that there is a built-in kind "combination", which is not mentioned anywhere that I can tell. This leads to a confusing error message if you try to make your own kind "combination", as in the example below. Obviously it's fine for "combination" not to be listed in the Index if it is not intended for general use, but then the Problem message should discuss the kind more specifically so people don't go hunting fruitlessly in the Index for its definition.

A combination is a kind of value. 99-99-99 specifies a combination.
