Save and Restore. Useful for webapps #39

I recently made a webapp for Ubuntu Touch and I was able to save and restore offline with the changes on lines 2237 - 2262 It works pretty nice. https://uappexplorer.com/app/zork-i-en.cibersheep

Thank you for the pull request! I am intending to add a much fuller system for savefiles in the future using IndexedDB.
