TADS 3 menus are almost unusable #82

For example: https://iplayif.com/?story=https://www.ifarchive.org/if-archive/games/tads/dark_angel.t3 Enter Y then H

Problems:

[x] Windows padding or something is wrong
[x] The indicator for the current menu is invisible
[x] Keyboard input on mobile is broken (affects other formats too)
[x] Status window contents overflow each line

For the window padding, I've tracked it down to the deferred focusfunc function. More investigation still needed...

The padding bug doesn't occur with AsyncGlk, so this can be closed when I merge the testing branch into master: https://curiousdannii.github.io/parchment-testing/?story=https://www.ifarchive.org/if-archive/games/tads/dark_angel.t3
