Ability to upload videos #9

Currently all of the videos are hosted elsewhere. It'd be great to have a server to upload and encode videos.

Short term, I've setup an FTP user for uploading, but this directory needs to be watched and is aware of when uploads complete. When an upload is complete, the file needs to be moved to the offline media folder and have an md5 checksum file made for it.

FTP hostname: logc.curiousercreative.com FTP username: contributor.logc FTP password: iloveyin

Uploaded videos should also be transcoded into two flavors all to fit within 640x360: QT ProRes Proxy (for offline editing) MP4 h.264 for online streaming

After transcoding, the originals can be trashed
