Sound for wrong animation should go with animation sequence so it will give better user experience.

I want to leave this in the Backlog for the moment because I'm not sure how prevalent this really is. This happened to Geoff when viewing the wrong answer animation on the dev Wordpress server (which we don't use anymore). I'd like to see if it happens on the S3 development server instead.

Per #846 , we may just want to find an animation library we can use that helps sync animations and audio.
