Add Nepali assessment to Curious Reader development + QA #916

User Story As a Product Owner, I want to add the Nepali assessment sub-app to the Curious Reader, So that we can expand our content portfolio available in the Curious Reader app and start the QA process.

Needs: Dev URL https://assessmentdev.curiouscontent.org/?data=nepalese-lettersounds

Acceptance Criteria Given that we have uploaded the Nepali assessment to the development S3 server, obtained the development URL, and added the app icon and URL to the development manifest, When I open the Curious Reader container app and select Nepali as my language, Then I should see the app icon for the Nepali Assessment.

Given that the Assessment has been uploaded to the development server and the app icon for the Assessment is visible, When I open and test the Assessment for caching and content, Then I should be able to play through the Assessment and play the Assessment in offline mode without issue (also look for UI/UX issues).

@dz4va Can you add the link here for the Curious Reader team when you complete building the Nepali Assessment (assessment-survey-js #69). Thank you!

@burrage @dz4va For Nepali assessment the feedback audio and text does not seem proper, for reference i checked in the level gen file of Nepali there the audio and text were different.

@dz4va I would check the Trello and whatever Stephanie gave for the feedback audio + text but yeah... the text looks like it is in Ukrainian!

Hiii @dz4va, I checked the Nepali assessment here i feel the audio is proper but still i am able to see the feedback text is in different language.
