API pages on the website have double content #321

The API pages on the website have double content as if the page has been concatenated to itself. For example curl_multi_get_handles. Here's an animated GIF that shows what I see in Chrome for Windows desktop:

I notice at the bottom of the page it says This HTML page was made with roffit however since the manpage overhaul something like roffit < curl_multi_get_handles.md >/tmp/temp.html will not format the markdown for html.

roffit still converts the .3 file, but that is now generated by cd2nroff
