Scrape for Missing Earnings Call Transcripts #19

Code for how to do this was provided here:

We could do this just for missing items with S&P Credit Ratings 2010-2016.

inner join this with list of firms with s and p credit ratings 2010-2016 to get items to scrape for

Potentially fix earnings call dates and rescrape for ones before year and quarter in current data
