Creating Samples

The earnings call data is large and unwieldy, so we should make some smaller random samples to get a sense of the variables available and to allow for debugging runs on a smaller dataset.

• [ ] Sample 100 rows from calls.csv to create calls_sample.csv
• [x] Once the big combined dataset all_data is done (#22), sample 100 rows to create all_data_sample.csv
