Items in the order, the dentist it belongs to, due date?

Sort of roughly met with 99faee7163fc451454954bec22ab275c12f46e6b, giving a table for items in order

Mostly done with 5522f0f0722ccfb2736c0cf8fa486c132ad17c2d, adding details to top and bottom of item listing about the order
