Add new mods Pet Summon group and Pet Desummon Fix.
Pet summon groups adds functionality to the "Summon X Pet" hotkeys to allow for configurable groups of pets to summoned sequentially using the pet information window.
Pet desummon fix allows for desummoning of a pet when pressing a "Summon X Pet" hotkey with a pet already summoned to match functionality of pets hotkeyed on the hotbars.
