Japan capturing Dutch territory bug #86

Captured Celebes with Japan. Income updated properly but log says "Japan Occupies Borneo" and both Celebes and Borneo are then gone from the capture list.

The log now says that Japan occupies Celebes.

Japan can "occupy" Celebes, then UK can "occupy" it back, but the Japan cannot capture it again.
