Add dateFormat param

This adds the possibility to define a DateForm param which then formats all the dates

Thanks for raising the PR @Urm3l !

I've made a few minor changes to the branch:

• Added the commented out config to the production config for consistency
• Renamed DateForm to DateFormat so that it's easier to understand
• Bumped the minor package version
