Use booleans in Settings #59

I noticed that in the config featured post displaying is specified using featuredpost = "true".

Personally I think that it should use a boolean instead of a string in such cases.

@Urm3l This is a good suggestion! Perhaps we could also make this backwards compatible (so consumers currently using "true" don't need to update to true when upgrading their version).
