Autolinking #177

Upon deleting an event, we're not attempting to automatically link, apparently. Case: Rehearsal and performance for the same times. Absence linked to rehearsal. Tardy submitted within start/end times of all three. Delete performance. Tardy and absence both appear in the same cell. Save the tardy, autolinking and conflict resolution happen.

No idea, but I'm hoping to avoid this issue entirely by changing how linking is done.

My hopes have been dashed, this still needs fixin.

I saw code related to this during the Datetime refactor. Needs verification it works.
