All Apps: Maintain network when switching between apps. #159

Edit "lend" and "Curve fi" links to redirect on the corresponding chain, instead of switching back to ETH (currently when on Arbitrum network, clicking "lend" redirects to llamalend but switching to ETH mainnet, instead of llamalend on Arbitrum network, same when clicking "Curve fi" on llamalend UI)
