Supply UI on lending markets do not show info about what lending market you are on #212

As poweruser I don't know on what supply market I'am. Even worse if I have tabs open and switch/relaod. I read data from this regularly.

This can be alleviated by adding a page title.

However before we're able to do this consistently across the different pages, we could add the collateral token in the supply tab as it's missing. As a lender, I have no way of knowing what collateral I'm lending against.

@ignromanov Is this something you could do?
