Differentiate between USDC and USDC.e in smart router token selection, and pools on various smart chains. #42

The smart router token list,

on various side chains does not differentiate between native usdc and bridged usdc (usdc.e). Also, when clicking on those specific pools with usdc.e also has the token labeled as usdc.
