In this scenario Author A is on CEST/UTC+2, while Author B is on BST/UTC+1. If Author B changes their timezone to CEST/UTC+2 the dates are then incorrect!
when we are processing years alone - date and time aligns to midnight on 1 Jan!! making the year sensitive to timezone changes!!
This will also only appear incorrect for some authors:
