This will also only appear incorrect for some authors:

(Decleer, Chapman and Moore are incorrect)

e.g. Author A sees - incorrect Y-1:

unnamed (1)

While Author B sees - correct Y:

unnamed

In this scenario Author A is on CEST/UTC+2, while Author B is on BST/UTC+1. If Author B changes their timezone to CEST/UTC+2 the dates are then incorrect!

when we are processing years alone - date and time aligns to midnight on 1 Jan!! making the year sensitive to timezone changes!!
