Add a compressed/dense style/option for tables #68

This is the table I made in word, you see that the height of the rows is much smaller than in curvenote, therefore the table itself is smaller. I know that the documents in curvenote have to follow a certain format so they look nice and homogeneous, but maybe adding an option for a "compressed" table would be nice.

Padding in tables has been reduced, to make the tables more compact by default
